Edit Menu

There are several ‘drop-down’ items in the Window which opens when you Insert a record. For example, when you select Browse/Bookings from the Main Menu, then select Insert, . You will see Date, Venue, and Status need to be filled in. Date is the date of the Booking and can be selected by using the Calendar button. Venue and Status each are filled from a ‘drop down’ list. These lists need be filled in BEFORE you can save this record. You need select Edit from the Main Menu

Bookings Application Quick Start Details

In order to Customize and Use Bookings for your band. There are a few things you need to do and be aware of. Here are some more details on the Bookings appllication
Location and Status (The first two in the list have been filled in for you) And the Venue Do Drop Inn and the Status Definite are the only options you have, So inorder to be able to select others you first need to enter them in the Edit/Choices from the Main Menu
Other Browse Selections Song List The other Browse selections are optional and are used if you to have List of Songs you perform. This list can then be used in a Report and saved as an HTML file, or PDF to be placed on your website allowing users to request songs you know. Albums Will allow you to enter each song on a Track in an Album or CD, whether it is a Cover or not, Licensed, and if has been published. Copyrights Contains information on any songs for which you have Copyrights Custom Songs This is mainly for Backing Tracks you have purchased or have had created by a third party such as Back In The Barn Productions

When You Start The Application

You are presented with basically Blank Screen. That is because there is nothing selected. To Begin, in the Main Menu Select Browse…
You will see several options Click on Browse Your Bookings Cibolo Springs is a Cover Band currently using this application so some if the information will be from them. This will be changed in the Paid Version
You will see this, it is the one and only record in the Browse Listing Click Change If for some reason you don’t see this record simply click Insert to Add the record.
Date, Venue and Status are all Required Fields
Date is the date of the gig and can be entered directly or selected from the Calendar Button Note: You can enter Past and Future gigs Venue and Status are selected from a ‘Drop Down’ list which MUST be filled in by the Edit Menu BEFORE you can add any gig bookings
