Database

We do not use Microsoft Access or Excel for the database. It is a proprietary database which means there are no size limites. Nor do you have to ‘Compact’ the database to avoid the application from crashing.

Send To

SendTo lets you ‘Send’ your database information ‘To’ another file format, such as Text, Html, Xls so that it can be opend in another application for further review.

Filter Informaton

xQfilter works either by itself to allow you to ‘filter’ records so you can view the exact group of records you want to see. For example, how may times has a specific person stayed with you. It also works in conjunction with SendTo so you can filter the exact records you want to send to another application or person, such as your accountant.

Network Aware

This means you can access the application from several locations within your network at the same time.

Report Writer

This feature will let you create specific reports, in addition to the ones included with the application.
