Choices

Choices are selected from the Main Menu under Edit. These choices are the drop down selections offered when filling in items on the main tables, such as Venues.

Each of these options are used in the Main database tables. For example in Your Bookings table you select from a drop down list the name of the Venue where you have played or plan to play. That option is selected from the Add/Edit Venue Location

Any of the Drop Down fields will be selected from these Choices We have added ‘sample’ choices for you to select from.

These are Choices for you Band Bookings Add/Edit Venue Locations - Venue Name and Round trip mileage Add/Edit Status Choices - Definite or Tentative, etc.

These Choices are for The Songs You Perform Song Status Choices whether they are Current To Be Worked or Recorded Genre Choices - Rock, Country, etc. Vocalist - Who performs your song. Apps - If you created this song, what program did you use. Processing PC - which computer was used to make this song Record Choices - the recording status of a song Fixed Status Choices - the status of any song you have corrected Copyright Status - Licensed or Not Licensed, etc. Distributors - who has distributed you finished song, EP, etc. Song Provider - where you got the song Song Status - In Production or Not In Use, etc. Song Format - MIDI, MP3, WAV, etc. Zip Code - a table of Zip Codes

You will find these drop down choices when adding a record to Browse Your Bookings - All of your past and current bookings Song List - a list of all of the songs you have Changed Songs - any songs you have changed, like the Key Albums - a list of your Albums and the track names Copyrights - song for which you have copyrights Custom Songs - songs which have had made, Backing Tracks
