How to Extract a file.
Our RVTrac and Bookings desktop applications downloads are Zipped Files.
To Extract the file you must first Extract it (uncompress) the file.
Follow these steps:
Once you have downloaded the app and clicked on the Download Link you received in the email we sent you.
You will be given a choice to Open or Save As...

Select Save as...
You will be prompted to select a location on your computer for the file to be saved.
It can be saved anywhere, saving to your download folder is fine.
Once you have done this,
Open Windows File Explorer
To open Windows Explorer click on the folder icon on your taskbar (at the bottom of your screen)

Click on C: then at the top of the window select New Folder and call it Bookings (for the Bookings App)
Locate the file you just downloaded (it is named installrvtrac.zip or bookinginstall.zip)
Copy it to the folder which you just added, then
Right Click and select Extract All...it will be extracted (uncompressed)
Double click on the 'extracted' file, follow the instructions to install the application.
Windows Defender SmartScreen
Beginning with Windows 10© the Windows Defender SmartScreen offers you an opportunity to not run a program. This is because the file isn't downloaded a lot. This does not mean it has a virus. By Microsoft's own admission it is because they are not familiar with the file.
All of our files are submitted and stored on our Secure Websites as noted by the https preceding our web address and are guaranteed to be safe.
Each of files are scanned with Malwarebytes prior to being published. If you don't have Malwarebytes we highly recommend it be installed on all of your devices.
For now, press the More info link, then Run anyway. You can see the App: is installbookings.exe
